I always loved Beauty and the Beast. I went to the movies last night, and had to decide between Beauty and the Beast or Sherlock Holmes. I chose Sherlock Holmes, and left about halfway through. Anyone who read the Sherlock Holmes series would never recognize the character in that movie. I should have gone with BATB
Aww, I hear you. I’ve not seen either of the SH films. I loved the books growing up, though. It’s just like Mission Impossible. They ruined it for me when they brought it to the big screen. Jim Phelps was a hero when I was growing up. And, I loved that hour of mystery and how cool they all were.
Thankfully, Beauty and the Beast has held up well over time.
